WOD Description

WOD 1: Stadium Relay (15 min. CAP) RX & Scaled

Teams will start outside turf fence of North end-zone. 1st team member will run to home side stadium and will go up, over, and down 2 times and then exit south end of stadium seats. They will run through the field gate on the South end-zone and then sprint down visitor sideline. Then they will exit field gate at North End-zone, run to their team’s starting line and tag next team mate. Repeat this until all teammates have run the course. (Approx. 600 meters)

WOD 2A: Clean Ladder (10 min CAP for 2A & 2B)

For this workout athletes will start on their respective start lines. On 3,2,1 GO 1st team member will start the Ladder.. They will start with first bar and can not skip a bar. Once judge has confirmed the rep they can advance to next bar, so on and so forth. Once first team member is done they must sprint 40 yds to finish line and stand on mat. Once on the mat, next team member will begin Ladder.. Score is total weight completed for team.. Time completed will be used for tie breaker. (Team A = Partner A completes 245 ,Partner B completes 225, Partner C completes 245, Partner D completes 205…in 7:39. Total Weight 920 lbs. Team B also Cleans 920 Ibs. and finished in 7:02. Team B would get 1st place points, Team A will receive 2nd place points.) Once your team completes speed clean ladder you will have remaining time to complete a 1 RM for each athlete. (WOD 2B Details below.)

Female RX weight: 115 / 125 / 135 / 145 / 155
Female Scale weight: 75 / 85 / 95 / 115 / 125

WOD 2B:

With the time remaining from Speed Clean Ladder, the teams will work to get a 1 RM for Cleans. Each team will have 2 bars to work with. Once the last teammate has completed the clean ladder, then the teams can begin working on a 1 rep max. If no max rep is attempted then the last weight of each individual for the clean ladder will be used for scoring. Team with highest combined clean total will receive 1st place points for WOD 2B and so on…
WOD: 2A & 2B will be scored separately.

WOD 3: Crossbar’s (It’s Good!!!) (14 min CAP)
(14 min CAP):

100 double unders (scaled-100 single unders)
60 wall ball shots over goal post/beam - MB(20/14) sc(14/10) Ht.-(M-10’, F-9’)
100 KB swings (70/50) sc (50/35)
40 MB sit-up throws (20-14) sc(14/10) over box (24/20)
100 double unders (scaled-100 single unders)

(This will be a staggered start)
On “3, 2, 1 go” pair A will complete 100 double unders, then perform 60 wall ball shots over field goal post (men RX/scaled 10’/female RX/scaled 9′). Athletes will perform a standard wall ball shot but the ball must travel over the goal post where it will be received by teammate and then returned in the same fashion. Athletes will continue alternating until they have reached 60 reps. ( repetitions will count once ball has cleared the goal post).

Once pair A has completed the wall ball shots, pair B may begin their double unders.
After the wall ball shots pair A will perform 100 KB swings then they will perform 40 MB sit-up throws over a box. (MB must make contact on the ground above the athletes head and be passed over the box to their teammate). Pair A will finish their portion of the WOD with 100 double unders.

Time/Score will be when both pair have completed the workout. If team does not complete within the time cap then the number of reps remaining will be added to the time. (ex. If the team has 50 double unders remaining then their score will be 14:50)

WOD 4: 200 yd Grind (15 min cap)

On 3,2,1 go command 1 team member will begin bar facing burpees. You can rotate in however you choose but only 1 person can go at a time. Once 50 burpees are completed then two members of team (pair 1) will begin axl bar overhead carry. Bar must be overhead and not making contact with any portion of the head or body during the carry. (You can rotate with partner as often as needed. Wherever your feet are when bar is lowered past head is where next partner must begin.) You will go 100 yds and turn around and come back 100 yds. Once Pair 1 crosses the goalline Pair 2 will begin sled push 100 yds down and 100 yds back. You can rotate 1 at a time or use both team members. Once Sled crosses goal line Pair 1 will begin 50 yd wheelbarrow. 1 team member will be doing hand walk 2nd team member will hold legs/feet, (must hold at or below knees). Each member must go at least 10 yards on hands. (ex. Partner A completes 20 yds. Then partner B completes 10 yds. Then partner A completes last 20 yds. You can choose how you would like to rotate as long as each member of a Pair completes 10 yards.) Judge will mark where your hand touched last before your legs or body touches the ground. This will be where the next team member must start with their hands. Pair 1 will go 50 yds to midfield. Then Pair 1 & 2 will perform 100 box jump overs. (Both feet must leave the ground at the same time. There is no requirement to land on top of the box or to reach full extension on the box, but the body must pass directly over the box. Hands can not touch the box. The rep is completed when both feet reach the ground on the opposite side of the box than the athlete started.)

After completion of box jump overs Pair 2 will complete another 50yd partner wheelbarrow . After Pair 2 crosses goal line Pair 1 will complete 200 yard sled push then Pair 2 will complete 200 yard Overhead Axl bar carry. Once Axl bar is across goalline then both Pair 1 & 2 can complete 50 bar facing burpees. (Only 1 athlete working at a time)
