WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

This year Fight to the Finish will be a 1 day team only competition.

Fight to the Finish has always been based and focused on the tournament style, head-to-head finish, bracket. The initial events are qualifiers and then top 8 teams from each category will move on to the brackets in the afternoon. This always makes for a high-energy, spectator friendly finish.

 

3 WOD’s + 3 Tests

 

WOD #1 – RX (6:00 time cap)

Format: Partners switch places after round 1 – both partners work together on the Clusters.

2 rounds for time:

25 – Toes to Bar (Round 1: Partner A – Round 2: Partner B)

25 – Box Jump 24/20 (Round 1: Partner B – Round 2: Partner A)

10 – Cluster 155/105 (Both partners working together and alternating each rep for both rounds)

WOD #2 – RX (8:00 time cap)

Format: Both partners working together and switching out as needed – one person working at a time.

For time:

100 – Wallball 20/14 to a 10’ target for men, 9’ target for women

100 – Double Under

100’ One Arm KB Overhead Walking Lunge 62/44 (Partner A must switch hands at the 25’ mark and

must switch places with Partner B at the 50’ mark. Partner B must switch hands at the 75’ mark.)

WOD #3 (TEST #1) – RX

Squat Clean Ladder

Format: Partner A gets 1:00 to move up the ladder as far as possible, then Partner B gets 1:00.

Men’s Bars – 155-175-195-215-235-255-275-295

Women’s Bars – 105-115-130-145-160-175-190-205

WOD #4 – RX

Format: Partners must complete an entire round before tagging the other partner who also must

complete an entire round before tagging.

7 minute AMRAP

7 – Handstand Push Up

7 – Deadlift 225/155

7 – Over Bar Burpee

3 – Rope Climb 15’

 

WOD #1 – Scaled / Masters (6:00 time cap)

Format: Partners switch places after round 1 – both partners work together on the Clusters.

2 rounds for time:

25 – Straight Leg Sit Ups with Med Ball 14/10 (Round 1: Partner A – Round 2: Partner B)

25 – Box Jump or Step Up 24/20 (Round 1: Partner B – Round 2: Partner A)

10 – Cluster 95/65 (Both partners working together and alternating each rep for both rounds)

WOD #2 – Scaled / Masters (8:00 time cap)

Format: Both partners working together and switching out as needed – one person working at a time.

For time:

100 – Wallball 14/10 to a 9’ target for men and women

100 – Single Under

100’ Goblet Lunge 53/35 (Partner A must switch places with Partner B at the 50’ mark.)

WOD #3 (TEST #1) – Scaled / Masters

2 minute AMRAP

Power Clean 135/95

Partner A gets 1:00 to get as many reps as possible, then Partner B gets 1:00.

WOD #4 – Scaled / Masters

Format: Partners must complete an entire round before tagging the other partner who also must

complete an entire round before tagging.

7 minute AMRAP

10 – Clean & Jerk 115/75

10 – Over Bar Burpee

FLOATER #1 (TEST #2) – RX, Scaled, and Masters

Must be completed between 9:00am and 11:00am.

Row 2000m for time. Partners must switch places every minute on the minute.

FLOATER #2 (TEST #3) – RX, Scaled, and Masters

Must be completed between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

MAX distance sled push 180/130 in 1:00.

RX = one person pushing at a time

Scaled = Both partners can push together
